Events are ways to automatically trigger actions based on your avatar’s interactions. They allow certain functions to run without the need to click buttons, simply by performing actions like:

  • Walking

  • Running

  • Sitting

  • Attaching the HUD

  • And more...

❗ Important Notice:

  • Events are optional — you are not required to use them.

  • However, if you do want to use events in your HUD, you’ll need an additional script, as mentioned [HERE].


🤔 But How Does It Work in Practice?

Even though it may seem complex at first, using events is simple!

Practical Example:

You want an automatic walking animation to play every time your avatar starts walking — similar to an AO (Animation Overrider).

Here’s how to do it step by step:

  1. Create an event of type Starting Walking in your creation panel.

  2. Once created, the event will appear as a special function.

  3. Edit that function and add the actions you want to trigger when the avatar starts walking.

    • For example: "Play walking animation", "Play footstep sound", etc.

That’s it — simple as that!
