Ideal use: This event is perfect for running startup scripts, showing visual effects, setting the initial state of a HUD, or triggering any other action you want to happen automatically when something is worn or attached.
Examples of use:
Display a welcome message when the HUD is worn
Start animations when an accessory is attached
Apply default textures or settings as soon as the item is used
